Day 1 : Marrakech – Ait ben haddou – Dades valley (370km)
You will begin your three-day desert tour from Marrakech to Fes by being picked up by our driver at your hotel or the nearest accessible location for the car. You will then travel through the Tizi-n-Tichka pass of the high Atlas Mountains, which has an elevation of 2260m and offers expansive views of the Berber villages, on your way to the Dades Gorges. Then you go on to Ait ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site that has served as the backdrop for several films, including “Gladiator,” “Lawrence of Arabia,” and a few scenes from the hit TV show “Game of Thrones,” among others. We’ll travel to Ouarzazate after lunch. Then, after passing through Skoura palm and the rose valley that stretches down the M’Goun, we proceed to Dades valley.
Day 2 : Dades Valley –toudra Gorges – Sahara desert (280km)
After breakfast, we will travel from Dades Valley to Merzouga Sahara Desert. On the way, we will ascend the Toudra Gorges for a while to reach the enormous cliffs. Here, you can take a short walk to fully appreciate the area’s beauty before continuing on with our journey to the Sahara. In Merzouga, a short off-road journey brings you to the edge of the golden dunes where camels are waiting for you. Your luggage will then be loaded into a 4×4 A festive ambiance will be created after a nice dinner with a fire.
Day 3 : Merzouga – ziz valley – Ifrane – Fes (460km)
The best part of the Merzouga desert may be the sunrise over the sand dunes. After a typical breakfast and hot shower in the tent. We journey from Merzouga to Fes via the lovely ziz valley. On the route, stop for lunch and take a quick break to see the monkeys in the middle Atlas’ cedar trees. Your tour from Marrakech to Fes comes to a close as you proceed to Fes.
