8 Days tour from Tangier to Marrakech itinerary:
Day 1: Tanger – Chefchaouen
The first day starts by pick you up for Tangier airport or you accommodation and driving from Tangier to Chefchaouen passing by Tetouan, we seek out to enjoy the landscapes of area mountains. You’ll a free time to walk explore the beautiful blue city of Chefchaouen and walk through its blue narrow streets before you chech in your accommodation for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Chefchaouen – Fes
After breakfast in your accomodation in Chefchaouen The tour keeps on today in the direction of Volubilis, we explore Roman ruins. Then, we go to Meknes this 17 the century heritage. After lunch, we explore historical medina, including Bab el Mansour Gate and Moulay Ismail’s shrine. Then we will drive to Fes, where we will spend the night in a local riad.
Day 3: Fes Sightseeing
Upon having breakfast in your accommodation. We begin to discover the oldest imperial city in Morocco. The interesting places to visit are the Royal Palace gate, the Tanneries, Moulay Idriss mausoleum, Al Qaraouine University, the Attarine museum, Jewish headquarter. It is the first Mellah ever built in Morocco. Cultural and historical places are included in the visit. After lunch, we may visit tiles cooperative, we ensure you experience a wonderful panoramic view on the city of Fes.
Day 4: Fes – Ifrane – Midelt – Ziz valley – Erfoud – Merzouga – Camel ride and 1night in a camp.
As usual, we begin today’s schedule, in the morning after breakfast, by leaving the city of Fez, we continue driving via Ifran and Azrou, we make a stop at the forests of cedar to see Barbary apes, we reach Midelt in the midday for lunch and have somme rest. Then, we pass via Ziz valley, we go ahead to the city of Errachidia. We keep on moving ahead to Erfoud where we can explore some fossils products, we reach Merzouga desert where we’ll find our camels waiting for us. We ride our friendly camels to heart of the sand dunes of the Erg chebbi desert After 45 minutes, we arrive in our desert camp where we spend the night with drums music under the stars.
Day 5: Merzouga – Rissani Market – Todra gorges – Dades valley.
In the early morning, we ensure you wake up in time, so that you will watch and enjoy the desert sunrise over the sandy dunes. Later on, we trek camels back to the hotel where we’ll have breakfast and shower. Then we start out lovely day by visit the Town of Rissani with its old monuments such as the mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif, the third grandfather of Moulay Cherif the founder if Alaouite dynasty. Therefore, we drive in the direction of Tinghir where we’ll explore the gorges of Todgha. In the afternoon, we drive to Dades Valley where we’ll spend the night .
Day 6: Dades valley – Ouarzazate –Ait Ben Haddou –High Atlas mountain– Marrakech.
The sixth day of the 8-day tour is the following. We drive via the Dades Valley to the Roses valley where we can take a look at some roses products factories(depends on your interests) . Then, we go to Skoura and keep on to Ouarzazate Which is nicknamed as “the Hollywood of Africa”. We tend to eat lunch in Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. It is the largest Kasbah in Morocco as well as categorizing as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Later on, we across the High Atlas mountains in order to reach Marrakesh in the afternoon. Drop you at your Riad in Marrakesh.
Day 7: Marrakech Sightseeing.
After having breakfast in the morning, you’ll ok meet your local guide who will take you for a sightseeing tour in the old city of Marrakesh including the Majorelle Gardens, Bahia Palace, the Saadian tombs, Koutoubia mosque. After a fabulous lunch time in a terrace of a local restaurant, you will take a walk in the local markets. Afternoon is free to rest or discover other areas on your own. You spend the night in a local hotel with dinner and breakfast.
Day 8: Transfer to the airport.
